On the form is some info regarding areas of ministry. Whether you have been a parishioner of Our Lady of Grace all your life or have recently moved into the area, please consider sharing your time and talent.

CERTIFICATES
Anyone requesting certificates (baptismal, communion, confirmation etc.) the fee is now $10.00 and must accompany the request.

RESEARCHING
Effective immediately: the format has changed for anyone who is requesting a genealogy. The fee is $25.00 up to the first hour and $10.00 each additional half-hour. The $25.00 must accompany the request.
